MANUFACTUING SERVICES

Manufacturing and Design

Our drill rigs comply with the highest standards and our complete package allows for all equipment to be certified and is SABS approved. All flameproof equipment is certified and complies with the TERMS OF REGULATION 21.17.2 OF THE MINERALS ACT (INCORPORATION of THE MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT) AND REGULATION 9 (1) OF THE ELECTRICAL MACHINERY REGULATIONS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT

Our drill rig trailers are load tested, break-tested, and certified for safe use in underground mining conditions.

Our rotational drill rigs can easily be converted from rotary to directional drill rigs.

Conversion from rotary to directional can be done underground and requires no need to bring the drill rig to the surface for any modification.

All electrical components are flameproof pre–certified and allow for the conversion to be commissioned underground with small alterations required.

DESA Drilling and Equipment CC, rotary drill rigs allow our clients the option to convert to directional drill rigs on their own terms.
